About the Event
Jawkeen Howard is an American commercial hip-hop and jazz funk teacher and choreographer. He describes his movement style as fun, smooth, intricate, wild, energetic, and melodic. A leader at heart, Jawkeen continues to teach, mentor, and support his community, in addition to advancing his career in the dance industry.
He has worked on many projects with artists and iconic brands such as the Michael Jackson Estate, Britney Spears, Disney, America’s Got Talent Presents: Superstars Live, Boohoo, the NFL Pro Bowl, the Las Vegas Raiders, Jill Scott, The Killers, Voss Events, UDA College Nationals, Area 15, and Tina Guo, to name just a few. Jawkeen has also traveled the world with Michael Jackson’s Immortal World Tour by Cirque du Soleil, performed in MJ One by Cirque du Soleil, and most recently served as an Artistic Casting Advisor for Cirque du Soleil.
